I only stop here once in a great while, but every time I do they screw my order up! It’s FAST food! It’s not rocket science!
The food was decent. Though,and this is a recurring theme, asked for no pickle got pickle .
Only get the correct order 3/4 times. And early in the morning, you have a 3/4 chance of them actually being open like they supposed to be. Otherwise, nothing special.
I realize it is fast food. No one should expect much. But every time I break down after a few months and go back they always always screw up the order. Please hurry up and get automated servers here. Fire everyone but the manager and cooks. They never answer the phone. Don't believe me call one day. I now have to go back and fight to get a refund on items they left out. It honestly was my mistake for ever going back. Lesson learned.
Used the mobile ordering on the app for the first time. They did not have a few of the things I ordered and the manager and an employee came out to tell me about it and offered very acceptable upgrade options and were very friendly. They even gave me extra sauce and 2 free apple pies.
