I wouldn't recommend staying here
This place was very decent. The room was clean and comfortable. The area felt safe and I had no problems. The person working the front desk was helpful. There is no elevator and the hallways are a little musty, but the room smelled fine. Breakfast is the usual continental breakfast. There was a strange feeling to the floor by the bathtub, like the floor would give a little when stepped on.
Because some associates stopped by the hotel and used the side door we where kicked out.
Very clean nice people. Sleped real good comfortable bed. Would come back to this Motel 8.! Good breakfast.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was hired on a Friday basically just went over my resume and shook my hand and said I could start Monday 2-7. Well come Monday I had to take my dog to the emergency vet and called the lady at the front desk and was told starting Tuesday 2-7 was fine. Later that evening I received a call saying they decided they weren't hiring. I call again today and spoke with both the man and women from the front and told them that I had comfortably put my notice in and left my job to work there and now I am unemployed. Both were Indian so I guess they didn't understand how serious this was. All I got was a we will call u if anything else opens up and that there manager won't be there until friday.....the only good thing was customer care took care of emailing the franchisee and or manager very quickly about my concern. But I will recommend only appomattox inn to anyone from now on.
Staff is pretty unfriendly and there were roaches in room, not like 1 but all over the place including inside the mircowave. There was also a chunk of mildew/mold on the side of the toilet. Both were told to the staff and they said it would be taken care of but never was. There is only one guy who cleans the rooms and I'm pretty sure he is like 100 or so. Does a decent job for the extreme amount of work he does. Towels are scratchy and pillows are pretty flat. The place regularly smells like indian or middle eastern food, not pleasant to someone who isn't used to it. Price wise it is more than the Budget in down the road and only slightly better. It is cheaper than Appomattox Inn but not even close in comparison to quality. The breakfast is made up of waffles, cereal, donuts, toast, and what look and taste like old vending machine cinnamon rolls. The wifi is terrible and constantly kicks your device off. The AC worked great though. Wifi password is guest not that itll do you any good. Oh and my shower tub was cracked.
They do not support American Patriots. Thats for sure.
Absolutely disgusting attitude from These people. I planned a stay here for 2 guys. On a business trip.
